Don't Try This At Home

Why is life so unlike TV? Even when it does remind you of a bad sitcom, it's just not as funny when it's your life. Just wanted to put that out there. I guess it's a matter of schadenfreude. Did I spell that correctly? Also, I wish I had a remote, so I could fast-forward and get things over with that I'm not looking forward to. That would be great for my peace of mind.
