Me: (after Googling Freedom High School) Wow, there's a Freedom High School in Oakley, California! And one in Orlando.
Becky: Well, that's not so weird, it's not like it's Octopus High School or something.

I know, it always confused me too when other schools came up. I think I was trying to find the band website once for my mom and I found that Orlando school (I think), and its school colors were red, white and blue and I was just like, no, that's wrong.
Octopus High School is just amusing. I could see some school having the octopus for their mascot, though. Reminds me of the mascot-changing that goes on in Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson, a YA book you really have to read. :)
